Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Vet Surgeon to take the lead at their established Putney practice. This role provides the chance to step into a leadership position, working with loyal and insured clients while shaping the development of a refreshed practice team.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily clinical operations and leading the practice team
- Carrying out consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures
- Collaborating with a dedicated RVN team and trainee nurses
- Supporting a colleague vet on crossover days for continuity of care
- Participating in weekend and holiday rota commitments
