Job Description We're currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Companion Animals division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining marketing goals, strategies and executing tactical plans across the entire portfolio of prescription products. This role will report to the Marketing Director and requires a strategic and hands-on approach, with a strong focus on commercial effectiveness, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the Companion Animals prescription product portfolio. Lead and coordinate tactical marketing activities to achieve commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Operations) to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing initiatives. Monitor the veterinary market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and innovation. Manage complex processes efficiently and proactively solve problems. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and manage high-profile scientific events. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company ethics, values, and regulatory standards. Responsible for managing the assigned budget, scouting new suppliers, and handling orders related to own activities in compliance with company processes and policies. Constant alignment with the field team and regular customer visits in the territory. Market and competitive data analysis and management, including market analysis and competitor insights (sales, pricing, and strategies). Logistic and Financial Forecast analysis, editing and creation, based on sales trend and deep product knowledge Requirements: Scientific degree, preferably in Veterinary Medicine. Excellent knowledge of the veterinary field and companion animal market. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex processes in a fast-paced environment. Solid commercial orientation with the ability to translate strategies into measurable results. Strong ability to write complex texts and review/edit drafts with high attention to detail. Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) are essential. Proven experience in public relations with Opinion Leaders and in organizing and conceptualizing high-level scientific events. High integrity, ethical standards, and alignment with corporate values.
