We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Director to lead and manage our global sales operations, driving initiatives to maximise revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve our corporate sales objectives.
Position Overview
As the Global Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global sales strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. You will oversee a diverse team of regional sales managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales targets and performance objectives for regional teams, ensuring accountability and success.
Collaborate with global staff, product managers, and marketing to secure necessary resources.
Monitor performance and schedule training to maintain a high-performing sales team.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in developing and executing global sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets and performance objectives.
Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages are a plus.
A full clean driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 90 days per year.
Presence at our Langeskov office at least 3 days per week when not travelling.
