Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Care Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for families considering our services. This role is remote, and supports our operations nationwide, including coordination with mobile veterinarians across all U.S time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts and emails from prospective clients with professionalism, compassion and discretion.
- Provide accurate information about our services, answer questions, and schedule appointment.
- Coordinate with mobile veterinarians, delivering complete and accurate client and pet information.
- Generate and manage invoices.
- Coordinate cremation services as needed.
- Calculate and provide precise cost estimates.
Qualifications
- Experienced in the veterinary setting preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Dedicated, quiet office space.
- Technically proficient with tools such as Veterinary Practice Software, Slack, Open Phone, Google Docs and Sheets.
- Empathy, patience and professionalism are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
