- Design and implement AWS Solutions by utilizing various AWS mainstream services to meet business requirements.
- Focus will additionally target data and analytics specialized solutions and its CI/CD support such as Sagemaker, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, RDS, Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Develop reusable, efficient, and scalable python modules to automate manual tasks in AWS infrastructure and template data science machine learning operations and models.
- Partner with customers to design and implement serverless applications.
- Using Python boto3 module, automate operational activities to maintain AWS Accounts in secure, cost-efficient manner by automating AWS IAM Keys rotation, notify users of AWS guard duty security findings/vulnerabilities, and cleaning up unused resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the root cause of AWS platform incidents.
- Work closely with Syngenta Cloud Architects to implement new launched AWS services.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams within and outside data and analytics organization Telecommuting permitted up to 5 days per week within commutable distance from the Greensboro office.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Systems Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an AWS Engineer, Software Developer, or a closely related occupation.
Requires three (3) years of experience with: AWS administration activities; Python; deploying infrastructure into AWS cloud platform; delivering engineering practices and guidance into production environments; writing modular codes; AWS Services including IAM, Lambda, Cloudwatch, EventBridge, CloudTrail, EC2, S3, Sagemaker, Glue, Lambda, IoT, and EKS Systems; CI/CD; collaborative software development including source control and collaborative design and code reviews; and Redshift.
