About the Role
As a trainer, you’ll inspire and guide students through the Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing program. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, assessing students, and supporting them as they develop the skills needed to thrive in the animal care industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in line with the Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing curriculum
- Support and mentor students to achieve their career goals
- Maintain compliance with RTO and CRICOS standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve training delivery and student outcomes
About You
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – essential
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher qualification in animal/veterinary care) – essential
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in veterinary nursing
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- A passion for animal care and education
