Your role:
Function working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead and Brand Managers to ensure timely, effective, and optimized digital activation across multiple touchpoints in Benelux for Elanco Animal Health.
Accountable for the coordination, execution and performance evaluation of digital marketing activations across brands in PH. Hands on responsibility and performance accountability of digital and social activations in agreement with and in collaboration with Digital Marketing Leader and and (Digital) Marketing Managers.
The function will also support the coordination of Key Account activities, for our PH portfolio, here under activation of agreed upon digital campaigns, and initiatives to support growth in Vet and online retail channels. Proactively support Sales Managers and Brand Managers in development, execution and performance evaluation of the digital initiatives.
The role interacts with key customers and suppliers, including eCommerce- and omnichannel Key Accounts customers, creative agencies as well as internal stakeholders within marketing and sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Driving, executing and delivering performance results on our websites, securing adherence to best practice for SEO/GEO and analyzing performance using Google Analytics.
- Executing and maintaining planned activities in social, including content plan, community, monitoring, scheduling content timely on various social platforms and evaluating performance.
- Executing and maintaining selected paid campaign activities, e.g. social, search and OLV for smaller campaigns, and adhering to the budget defined for paid digital activation as well as ensuring optimal delivery of digital campaigns within the scope of the budget.
- Executing planned activities in other digital channels, e.g. email marketing and marketing automation, including coordination of content plan, development and implementation of campaign material and performance evaluation.
- Define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and advise on optimization strategies to maximize ROI and secure optimal reporting and KPI tracking on digital campaign performance, with actionable insights.
Support:
- Coordination of agreed upon campaigns with Key Accounts (Vet and retail/eCom) and securing timely delivery of campaign material.
- Creation of campaign content, securing review and approval of assets.
- Management of digital media budgets
- Digital roll out projects and developments
- Achieving our goals in line with our digital strategy and project plan
Accountable for:
- Mastery of and compliance with approval requirements in line with Elanco policies and procedures
- Adherence to the defined budgets for media spend in digital channels
- Securing optimal digital campaign delivery in line with agreed upon KPI’s
- Partnering with Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to ensure optimized and effective execution of Digital activation plans, eCommerce initiatives and KA activations.
- Ensuring data driven customer centricity, through evaluating and acting on measurable results.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- BA or similar level degree in marketing, communication, media or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and applied tactics.
- Experience coordinating integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels - from concept to execution and performance evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience working hands on with digital and social platforms and management tools.
