S&H Farm Supply is hiring a Parts Manager to join our team in Lockwood, MO (about 50 miles northwest of Springfield). In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department and ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

What you will be doing:
- Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory levels
- Order, receive, and stock parts efficiently
- Ensure customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner
- Lead, train, and motivate parts department staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement processes to enhance department efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to coordinate parts availability
- Resolve customer concerns and provide top-tier service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
This job is for you if you have:
- Previous experience in a Parts Manager or related role (preferably in farm machinery or agriculture equipment)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some Saturday’s and occasional overtime
- Basic computer skills and inventory software experience preferred
