We’re looking for an Agronomy Sales Associate to join our team—someone who’s eager to get into the field, help customers succeed, and grow their skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Agronomy & Product Support
- Scout crop fields and make tailored recommendations for fertilizer, seed, herbicides, and fungicides.
- Support sales of agronomy products, including cover crops, chemical programs, and seed.
- Pull soil samples and manage sampling programs.
- Use software tools to prepare and submit documents for government programs (e.g., EQIP, CSP).
Customer Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively pursue new opportunities.
- Listen to customer needs and provide practical, agronomic solutions.
- Represent our business with professionalism, reliability, and genuine interest in agriculture.
Team Support & Seasonal Work
- Be available for overtime during busy seasons (April–July, and harvest), including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—weather-dependent.
- Help with other operational needs based on skills and interest, including:
- Maintenance of property or equipment
- Seed sorting and treatment
- Seasonal deliveries or fieldwork support
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and dependable with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Prior ag experience or agronomy background preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
