Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Small Animal OOH Veterinary Surgeon to join their out-of-hours service in Surrey. The role offers the opportunity to manage emergency cases, provide overnight care, and handle challenging ECC presentations with the support of an experienced team. With a well-equipped site, you will be able to deliver urgent treatment to patients requiring immediate attention.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing urgent and emergency consultations during night shifts
- Delivering inpatient monitoring and hospitalization for critical cases
- Working closely with nurses and colleagues to ensure smooth OOH service delivery
- Responding effectively to ECC situations and surgical emergencies
- Communicating clearly with clients in high-pressure circumstances
