Your Role: Poultry Vaccine Sales Manager – Elanco Thailand
As the Poultry Vaccine Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the overall sales performance of Elanco Thailand’s Poultry Vaccine Business Unit. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the product portfolio, maximizing sales growth, and driving business development through effective leadership, customer engagement, and strategic channel partner management.
Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver annual sales objectives across Elanco poultry vaccine product categories.
• Develop and execute business and profit plans while managing OPEX effectively.
• Build and manage strong partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and KOLs.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales representatives to drive accountability and results.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and ensure product lifecycle management.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in poultry vaccines, animal health, or related fields.
• Top skills: Strong sales acumen, communication & leadership skills, and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
• Experience working directly with veterinary practices and poultry producers.
• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic account management.
• Strong self-management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and across regional teams without direct authority.
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).
Additional Information:
• Travel: Domestic and international, ~30% annually.
• Location: Bangkok, Thailand.
