Veterinary Client Service Representative
CPVETS, an AAHA accredited veterinary emergency and critical care hospital in State College, is looking to add a compassionate and experienced Client Service Representative (receptionist) to our team! We are seeking someone who will bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion to work with both pets and people. Prior client service experience required, experience in veterinary medicine a plus! This position is Full Time or Part Time and will require nights (including a few overnights per month), weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Receive clients and answer phones
- Maintain veterinary records and accounts
- Perform clerical and data entry tasks
- Handle financial transactions
- Support the veterinary team
