Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Veterinary Director who is ready to step up and lead. You’ll be someone who:

Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture
-
Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge
-
Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets
-
Is confident managing a varied caseload, including dermatology
-
Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example
Skills & Experience
-
Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
-
Proven ability to work sole charge when required
-
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
-
Strong time management and organisational skills
-
Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to https://avbc.asn.au/
