Ultimate Vet is a gold standard, purpose built clinic in Narre Warren servicing a large community with the best to offer in veterinary care.
We are currently looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to work closely with our clinical team to manage great customer service from the moment they walk in the door, to the moment they drive home. Additional support and mentorship is provided by our experienced practice manager and networking with group Area Leaders across all of our south east melbourne group.
Key responsibilities include:

Be the friendly first point of contact for our clinic

Keeping client records and files up to date, ensuring smooth operations

Promt and efficient phone line management.

Monitor customer service standards & drive the ultimate patient experience.

Check and respond to client emails and enquiries promptly.

Ensure the clinic is always looking its best.

Manage marketing programs for clients along with the Practice Manager
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the veterinary industry

A desire to provide and uphold a high standard of patient and client care
-
A passion for giving owners the best experience possible when they visit the clinic

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem solving and organisational skills

A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is highly regarded. Preffered availability to work on Mondays/Tuesdays and Fridays.
