- Work hands-on in the factory to trial and optimise new products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with internal production and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with FSANZ, GMP, and food safety standards.
About You
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing; bakery experience highly valued.
- Strong technical and practical understanding of ingredients and processes.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working at pace.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Why You'll Love This Role
You'll join a stable, growing Australian business that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation. Working in a close-knit R&D team, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact - developing products that reach consumers nationwide.
