AgRevolution is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our team in Henderson, KY (about 30 miles west of Owensboro). In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of agricultural equipment and farm machinery, both in the field and in-shop. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.

What you will be doing:
- Perform repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on farm machinery and agricultural equipment (tractors, combines, sprayers, etc.) at customer locations or company facilities.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and operate a company-assigned service truck equipped for mobile repair of farm and agricultural machinery.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company driving requirements; maintain necessary paperwork such as DOT logs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain equipment issues and repair solutions; provide high-quality customer service.
- Complete accurate and timely service reports, job time cards, and parts usage logs.
- Accurately charge labor and parts to appropriate work order segments.
- Maintain a full set of mechanical tools suitable for servicing heavy agricultural equipment.
- Recommend process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
This job is for you if you have:
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing agricultural equipment, farm machinery, or similar heavy-duty equipment (construction or off-road equipment also applicable).
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic skills specific to farming machinery and ag equipment systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools, and testing equipment.
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and service documentation systems.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to meet DOT and company driving standards.
Additional Information
- This role may involve overtime, overnight travel, or after-hours support as needed to meet customer demands.
- Position includes use of a company service truck and may be dispatched from home or shop.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
