About The Role: Our Utility Operator supports the shift supervisor in daily plant operations by being proficient in all plant disciplines, assisting with day-to-day execution, and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities:
Supports Day-to-Day Operations: Assists the shift supervisor in running daily operations and resolves basic issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Ensures Compliance and Safety: Makes sure the team adheres to all safety, quality, and plant policies, including maintaining 5S standards, and addresses unsafe situations
Maintains Production Reporting: Keeps production monitoring systems and reports up to date to provide clear insight into production status
Drives Continuous Improvement: Actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and leads problem-solving groups
Facilitates Communication: Participates in daily and other production meetings to ensure effective communication within the team.
