As a new veterinarian stepping in for a parting associate, you would have a client base eager to meet you. You can hit the ground running!
We are a busy 4-doctor practice, but we are still locally owned and operated. Many of our clients have been coming to us for generations, and we prize that "small-town, family-friendly" vibe.
Mentorship is available from three experienced colleagues if desired, and the case load can be modulated to accommodate any applicant as needed. We will have a new grad joining us in 2026, so a chance to mentor is also available.

Practice as you like! We offer ultrasound, soft tissue surgeries, orthopedics, dentistry, ophthalmology, rehabilitation/pain management, wellness care, geriatrics, etc. If you have an interest you want to bring to our practice, we will work with you to make it a reality.
Our beautiful 8,000+ square-foot facility is fully remodeled and has all the necessities of a modern, high-quality veterinary clinic. We can send photos upon request, and we are fully AAHA Accredited.
We have 7 exam rooms, two surgical tables in our sterile surgery suite, two dental stations, an ultrasound/diagnostics room, digital radiography, numerous surgical packs for routine and advanced surgeries, two therapy lasers, and ample kenneling space for our patients.
We have won awards from our community and the BBB, our Net Promotor Score is above 97, we enjoy a 100% rating on Facebook, and we have a 4.6 rating on Google.
Pearland's quality of life is exceptional, and our clients can typically afford to provide high quality care to their pets. That said, we strive to provide the best value possible: excellent service and modern medicine that does not price our clients out of being able to say yes.
We are just outside of the Houston Beltway, so big-city attractions are literally down the street, not to mention Kemah, Galveston, Surfside, the Museum and Theater districts, Texas Medical Center, the Houston food and music scenes, our Houston sports teams, and other local attractions.
The cost of living is relatively low and the pay competitive, so your dollar will go further in Pearland!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

$150,000 - 175,000 total compensation PLUS signing/retention bonus.
Pro-Sal (production-based) and salary options are available.
35–40-hour work week (Full-time is preferred, but part-time will be considered.)
Full benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance stipend, life insurance, vision and dental insurance options.
CE and Uniform allowances.
Three weeks vacation annually.
Well-trained technical staff and a 4:1 staffing ratio.
