Your technical knowledge will be matched by your commercial mindset, as you grow existing accounts and open doors to new business.\r\n\r\n\r\nCentral to your success will be your ability to build strong, long-term relationships. You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s setup, strategy, and pressures — becoming the go-to person they trust for insight, support, and solutions.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a homebased position with significant travel to visit pig farms across the UK and monthly meetings at head office. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe role:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBuild relationships and become a trusted adviser to pig producers, feed mills, and distributors\r\n\tProvide a high level of nutritional support to customers\r\n\tUnderstand customers' strategies, economic drivers, and nutritional needs in depth.\r\n\tDrive business growth by planning sales effectively and using nutritional solutions\r\n\tContinuously develop technical expertise in pig production\r\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior production and nutritional support.\r\n\tNational travel to visit customers\r\n\tMaintain an office presence in Yorkshire office (approx. 2 days a week)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tStrong technical understanding of pig production and nutrition\r\n\tExcellent communication skills\r\n\tPrevious experience supporting customers in a technical sales role\r\n\tCommercial acumen\r\n\tWilling to travel nationally\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe package:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSalary based on expereince\r\n\tBonus\r\n\tCompany car\r\n\tPrivate healthcare\r\n\tPension\r\n\r\n
