MacBOT Corporation is hiring a Sales Manager to join our team remotely from your home office. The role is a hybrid role partially in-office and partially remote. In this role you will be playing a critical role in engaging customers, presenting our solutions through auto-steer systems and agricultural automation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from product selection to post-sale support.

Our flagship product, MacSteer, is an advanced tractor auto-steer system designed to ensure precision and efficiency in field applications. We pride ourselves on being innovation-driven and customer-focused, constantly adapting to meet the demands of modern agriculture.
We offer competitive compensation of $80,000 base salary plus commission based on experience, health insurance, paid vacation, and performance-based bonuses.
What you will be doing:
- Interface directly with customers to explain and demonstrate MacBOT products and services
- Assist customers with placing and tracking orders
- Coordinate service and support needs with internal teams
- Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Stay informed about developments in auto-steer systems and agricultural automation
This job is for you if you have:
