Middlefork Ranch is seeking a Reproduction Manager to oversee animal welfare and reproduction operations at our ranch in Kaycee, Wyoming. In this role, you will ensure the daily care and management of a 2,000-head dairy heifer operation.

Qualifications:
- Experience in cattle management, including reproduction, artificial insemination (AI), and herd health
- Genuine passion for cattle, ranching, and animal welfare
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and expand knowledge in cattle production
- Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily care and management of a 2,000-head heifer operation
- Monitor cattle for signs of illness and perform necessary treatments to maintain herd health
- Provide proper care and treatment to rehabilitate sick or injured cattle
- Conduct artificial insemination (AI) to breed dairy heifers
- Enhance herd synchronization through the use of heat detection tags
- Maintain accurate herd and breeding records using DairyComp 305 and Microsoft Excel
- Assist with crop production activities as needed, when time permits
