- Delivering diagnostic, medical, surgical and preventive care for small animal patients

- Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding care plans, treatment options and follow-up requirements
- Maintaining accurate patient records, contributing to clinic system refinement and practice development
- Participating in team discussions, case reviews and supporting the enhancement of clinic standards
