We're looking for a passionate and driven Agricultural Store Manager to take the reins of our Heathfield branch. With a strong customer base of farmers, smallholders, and countryside enthusiasts, this store is a hub for rural life, and we need a leader who understands and values that. 
 
 
What You'll Be Doing 
 
 
 - Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service-every customer, every time.
  
 - Driving store performance through smart commercial decisions and operational excellence.
  
 - Building strong relationships with local agricultural customers and suppliers.
  
 - Managing stock, promotions, and seasonal ranges to meet the needs of the rural community.
  
 - Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  
 - Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies.
