This role connects employers and advertisers with opportunities to reach talent and audiences across Canada’s food and beverage processing sector.\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tSell job posting, advertising, and sponsorship packages to food and beverage employers.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tIdentify and qualify leads for recruitment and partnership opportunities.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tDevelop and deliver custom proposals to meet client marketing and hiring goals.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tRecruit employers for events and industry engagement initiatives.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tMaintain relationships to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food, media, or recruitment.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tStrong communication and presentation skills.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProficient with CRM systems (salesforce) and digital outreach tools.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tInterested in this Opportunity?
