We are hiring an
HR & Office Administrator for our
Great Falls, MT location. This position has two key areas of responsibility: human resources support and office administration. In the HR capacity, you will assist plant leadership with employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and other HR initiatives that support our team and culture. In the office administration capacity, you will manage day-to-day front office operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining supplies, and processing purchase orders to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do...
- Perform HR administrative duties including candidate screening, onboarding, maintaining employee files, and preparing forms and handbooks.
- Support HR processes including unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, and employee investigations.
- Support office functions such as inventory, and processing record reconciliation
- Provide professional customer service to visitors and vendors, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company biosecurity policies.
- Assist managers and supervisors with personnel practices, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws.
- Respond to and help resolve employee relations issues and complaints.
- Recruit and conduct new hire orientations as needed.
- Coordinate employee recognition, referral, and engagement programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including processing forms and responding to employee questions.
- Work with accounting to create and receive purchase orders and manage supply inventory.
- Support HR and leadership by organizing meetings, events, and projects as needed.
What You Will Bring...
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Workers’ compensation administration experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
