missions :
Calibration Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a Calibration Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about equipment maintenance within a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out work orders according to maintenance plan in compliance with GMP guidelines and with all applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations, guidelines and policies.
- Propose modifications to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Fill up reporting on carry out actions. Provide technical support to qualification team.
- Can participate in the training of operators.
- Keep Calibration Master List updated.
- Support the team on criticality risk analysis for instruments.
- Specify instruments and standards suitable for the production process.
- Provide technical support to qualification team.
- Can participate in the training of operators
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs and field instrumentation.
- Follow up suppliers.
- Identify needs of spare parts.
- Respect all site GMP & EHS rules.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in a Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
- Previous work experience in the Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
- Has strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
- Has knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, ControlLogix/RS Logix, Siemens S7)
- Has knowledge of HMI programming (FTV, View, RSView32)
- Has knowledge of various networks (Ethernet/IP, BacNet, ControlNet, Modbus2, RS232)
- Able to interpret electrical schematics
- Has excellent problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills

- Graduate in a Robot and Automation, and/or Instrumentation and Control program (442A or 447A) or applicable substitute.
