You are an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with other Bayer commercial employees in the same geography to ensure the success of the squad goals. Your expertise in Bayer brands and product/technical/agronomic knowledge makes you a champion in demonstrating product performance against the competition.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAchieve assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with squad-mates;\r\n\tSupport the delivery of squad goals through collaborative efforts;\r\n\tDevelop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory, and product line demand;\r\n\tServe as a key business consultant to retailers and dealers, selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products;\r\n\tChampion Bayer brands and demonstrate product performance against competitors;\r\n\tCollaborate with Field Sales Reps, Customer Business Advisors, Technical Agronomists, and other team members to maximize services and sales;\r\n\tManage inventory concerns to meet business objectives;\r\n\tAnalyze market and competitive information to drive business decisions;\r\n\tFollow strategies for achieving business plans for key accounts and assigned areas;\r\n\tManage expenses and program payments for growth;\r\n\tExpand selling skills and product knowledge;\r\n\tEnsure program execution and fulfillment, including marketing initiatives;\r\n\tManage relationships with top growers and retailers, planning for customer business needs;\r\n\tMentor FSR interns and junior FSRs;\r\n\tManage area claims per Bayer Crop Science policy and process;\r\n\tTravel up to 60% for face-to-face customer interaction.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWHO YOU ARE:\r\n\r\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExcellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, and written);\r\n\tInitiative, assertiveness, and ability to drive results;\r\n\tStrong business acumen, account planning, influencing, and critical thinking skills;\r\n\tFinancial, time, and territory management proficiency;\r\n\tProven ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced and matrixed environment;\r\n\tStrong computer and presentation skills (proficiencies in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);\r\n\tDemonstrated digital acumen and ability to analyze data to influence decisions;\r\n\tWillingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment;\r\n\tProven interest in supporting customer needs and driving market share growth;\r\n\tPosition requires driving for the company that may fall under DOT/FMCSA jurisdiction, which may include hauling trailers, products, supplies, or equipment safely.\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree;\r\n\tDemonstrated product, portfolio, and agronomic knowledge preferred;\r\n\tBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or agriculture OR other education level and 7+ years of listed experience.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $ $70,068.82 - $105,103.24. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
