They ensure\r\n\r\nsafe, efficient, productive, and environmentally sound manufacture of\r\n\r\nactive ingredients.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssists plant management and operations personnel daily in evaluating and achieving plant performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability, subject to supervisory review. Makes tactical decisions based on plant knowledge.\r\n\tCoordinates with corporate and site production planners on production timing and raw material availability.\r\n\tDevelopment and tracking of key performance indicators.\r\n\tParticipates with investigations of area performance issues related to safety, quality, environmental impact, capacity, reliability, and operability leading to proposal and implementation of sound technical solutions. Actively investigates where possible.\r\n\tServes as process expert or plant representative when possible for design, construction and implementation of investment projects interfacing with technical professionals from other disciplines (e.g. PCT, project engineering, environmental and utility services operations, and process development)\r\n\tMaintains and develops standards for area operating documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, process descriptions, material and energy balances, P&IDs, and operating data collection and retrieval)\r\n\tCollaborates on design and executes plant trials directed at enhancing area performance. Proposes design based on plant knowledge.\r\n\tCompiles, formats, and submits environmental data necessary for timely and accurate filing with local, state, and federal agencies.\r\n\tEngages in continued development of self and area personnel with peer coaching and constructive feedback.\r\n\tSupport Site and Area Production System improvements, OnePSS\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other science based\r\n\r\n\r\nDegree.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tDegree in Chemical engineering;\r\n\t2 years of engineering experience preferably in plant operation\r\n\r\n\r\nFunction;\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExcellent knowledge of chemical processes in order to effectively\r\n\r\n\r\nanalyze, recommend, and make decisions.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis posting will expire on November 11th, 2025. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $76,954.40 - $115,431.60 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
