The Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the production, quality, costs and safety of the mill which produces feed for animals. They keep inventory of feed ingredients and ensure all employees are trained in safety and continue to stay up-to-date on their training.\r\n\r\nPersonal Attributes\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCommitment to workplace safety and product quality.\r\n\tAttention to detail with strong recordkeeping and compliance tracking.\r\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to meet production demands.\r\n\tPhysical ability to work in a mill environment (lifting, climbing, exposure to dust/noise).\r\n\tLead/develop Mill staff to maintain high level of customer service and productivity.\r\n\tMust have strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor tasks when needed.\r\n\tDesired candidate will have positive attitude, be personable, and be task/goal oriented.\r\n\tBasic computer skills required.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDuties may include (but not limited to):\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLeadership in day-to-day Mill operations.
