Your
missions :
- Conduct product audits in hatcheries (C.H.I.C.K. Program), analyze results, and share reports with Customers and Ceva.
- Validate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Ecat iD and Desvac equipment; manage spare parts stock.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Customers, Desvac, and local teams through visits, calls, and events.
- Collaborate with local and Corporate teams to execute Business Plans; attend meetings, training, congresses, and seminars.
- Provide expert consultation, technical/scientific advice, and problem-solving support on vaccination, hatchery processes, and equipment.
- Develop and deliver training for Customers and local teams; contribute to technical articles and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update expertise through self-training and highlight critical insights from Customer interactions.
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in hatchery operations, vaccination programs (C.H.I.C.K.), and poultry health management.
- Strong knowledge of Ecat iD and Desvac equipment, including validation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Skilled in digital tools for data analysis, reporting, and audit tracking; excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to provide consultation, training, and technical advice; proven ability to build relationships with
- Customers, Desvac, and internal teams.
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments; organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning; proficiency in English.
