Your work will help maintain compliance with legislation, support property managers, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple states.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tDaily and monthly reconciliations of each of the State Trust bank accounts are completed accurately\r\n\tEnsure that direct deposit receipts for tenants are raised daily\r\n\tCreate and release property sale deposits within Property Tree as required\r\n\tPay external commissions from property sale deposits as required\r\n\tArrange for investment of deposits as requested\r\n\tEnsure that all State Trust legislations are adhered to and ensure yearly audits are completed without issue\r\n\tComplete monthly disbursement of Landlords and creditors for individual States as required\r\n\tEnsure all real estate sales are entered at branch level, settled in Vault RE and that Property Managers are correctly using Property Tree and Vault RE\r\n\tComplete and process all rental information ensuring that all real estate commissions are accurately recorded in Nutrien’s Profit & Loss statement\r\n\tReconcile and pay the Harcourts monthly fee for all sales settled by Nutrien and agreed back\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tYou are organised, think outside of the box and are an expert problem solver\r\n\tIdeally 2 years previous experience in real estate accounting and administration\r\n\tA sound knowledge of general ledger and bank reconciliation processes\r\n\tA certificate/degree in accounting/finance is highly desirable\r\n\tComfortable with SAP accounting system and experience with real estate management system Property Tree and Vault RE is advantageous\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Get:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tA competitive remuneration and benefits package \r\n\tPurchased leave scheme benefits\r\n\tAn additional day of leave – Nutrien Day\r\n\tGender neutral parental leave policy \r\n\tOpportunities to support community partnerships across our network\r\n\tBe a member of a company committed to feeding the future\r\n\tOngoing training and development to pursue individual ambitions\r\n\tA culture of learning! \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAre you a good match?
