Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to work in a roving capacity across a group of established practices within one region. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys adapting to different teams and caseloads, and is comfortable stepping into new environments while maintaining a high standard of care.
You’ll rotate between several clinics, providing consults and surgery support where needed, with some sole charge at times. While the settings change, you’ll be supported by structured systems, knowledgeable nursing teams and well-equipped facilities, allowing you to focus on clinical standards and building positive relationships wherever you work.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing consulting and surgical support across multiple small animal practices
- Adjusting smoothly to different diary structures, workflows and local client bases
- Handling periods of sole charge with confidence and sound clinical judgement
- Supporting teams by sharing knowledge, offering continuity and contributing to a positive culture
Package:
