Our strong focus to increase our market share in the US and to develop further our local sales and service entity creates an opening for an\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAGRICULTURAL DEALER PARTS ASSOCIATE (m/f/d) LEMKEN USA\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYour responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDealer Support: Assist dealers with parts inquiries, order processing, pricing, and product availability. Provide accurate information and excellent customer service by phone, email, or in-person.\r\n\tParts Identification: Help identify the correct parts based on machine type, serial number, and issue description.\r\n\tOrder Management: Process parts orders accurately in the ERP system, ensure proper documentation, and monitor order progress through to delivery. Communicate lead times and backorders proactively.\r\n\tCustomer Service: Respond promptly to dealer and internal service team requests. Resolve order issues, recommend substitutions when necessary, and follow up on customer satisfaction. Being a contact for all US dealers and agents regarding spare parts.\r\n\tShipping & Receiving: Being responsible for receiving and shipments of spare parts.\r\n\tSupport in parts pricing\r\n\tInventory Coordination: Assist with inventory checks, part counts, and reordering. Support warehouse personnel in parts receiving and organization when needed.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYour skills and qualifications: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or ag-related education is a plus.\r\n\t1–3 years of experience in parts sales, service, or ag machinery (preferred).\r\n\tKnowledge of agricultural machinery, components, and terminology is highly desirable.\r\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.\r\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or parts systems a plus.\r\n\tDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.\r\n\tAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\r\n\tValid driver’s license required.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLEMKEN USA Inc. provides our employees excellent working conditions and benefits.
