This operation is seeking a highly motivated, honest, and reliable individual with a solid crop production background. A candidate with strong interest and experience in crop production is ideal; however, the employer values someone diversified and willing to pitch in across all areas of the farm.\r\n\r\nPrimary duties include operating late-model row-crop equipment for fertilizing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting. The right person will be able to recognize equipment issues, listen for mechanical problems, diagnose malfunctions, and assist with routine maintenance and repairs on farm vehicles and implements.\r\n\r\nAdditional responsibilities include helping with hay feeding during the winter months and assisting with the cow/calf herd as needed.
