Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian to join a progressive, multi-branch hospital team. The position involves a balanced mix of consulting, theatre, and inpatient work, supported by skilled nurses and dedicated administrative staff. In this position, your main duties will include:
- Delivering consistent, high-quality clinical and surgical care
- Handling consultations and diagnostics with compassion and efficiency
- Taking part in a shared weekend rota
- Engaging with clients and building lasting relationships
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and services
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS-registered veterinarian with prior UK small animal experience
- Confidence managing both consultations and surgical cases
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Motivation to grow and support practice initiatives
- Commitment to patient welfare and professional integrity
