This executive role partners closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Board to ensure technology enables growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRole Purpose \r\nThe CIO/CTO is responsible for translating Titan Pro’s business strategy into scalable, secure, and value-driven technology, data, and information systems. This role ensures technology enables growth, operational excellence, and stakeholder value in alignment with Titan Pro’s management principles and board-approved strategy. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nResponsibilities include: \r\n\r\nStrategy & Leadership \r\n\r\n\r\n\tPartner with the CEO, executive team, and Board to align technology strategy with Titan Pro’s management principles. \r\n\tLead and continuously refine the technology vision, roadmap, and execution plan. \r\n\tChampion management principles and tools across the organization. \r\n\tBuild and maintain a clear accountability structure for Information, Technology, and Data teams. \r\n\tDrive digital transformation and responsible AI adoption aligned with business goals. \r\n\r\n\r\nTechnology, Data & Systems Oversight \r\n\r\n\r\n\tProvide executive leadership for all technology platforms, data systems, analytics, and infrastructure. \r\n\tEnsure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant. \r\n\tOversee major initiatives including system implementations, integrations, and automation. \r\n\tEnsure data integrity and actionable insights across the organization. \r\n\r\n\r\nAnnual Planning & Financial Management \r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead development of annual departmental plans supporting company strategy. \r\n\tDevelop and manage operating budgets and long-range capital plans. \r\n\tPresent plans, budgets, and progress updates to the CEO and Board. \r\n\r\n\r\nGovernance, Risk & Policy \r\n\r\n\r\n\tOwn technology-related policies and governance. \r\n\tEnsure strong cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management practices. \r\n\r\n\r\nTeam Development & Operations \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBuild and develop high-performing technology teams. \r\n\tEstablish meeting cadences and enforce operational accountability. \r\n\tPartner cross-functionally to ensure seamless value stream performance. \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEducation and Work Experience: \r\nProven record of successful experience leading multifaceted Information Technology functions for a privately or publicly held company, working directly with executive and board-level leadership.
