Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree with a valid license in good standing.
- Proficiency in performing all basic surgeries and procedures, including spays/neuters and dentals.
- Ability to use standard medical instruments and equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier care and customer service to clients and patients.
- Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and present diagnostic and treatment options to clients.
- Conduct medical, surgical, dental, and urgent-case procedures in accordance with hospital policy.
- Interpret laboratory results, prescribe medications, read radiographs, and determine appropriate protocols based on results.
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting treatment options while considering their emotional and financial needs.
- Set an example for other staff on how to interact with clients and promote a positive work environment.
