This position will focus on data engineering, aligned data management, and delivering innovative reporting solutions, data visualizations and solutions to support monitoring of genomics sequencing and genotyping platforms globally. The right candidate will also demonstrate strong organizational, productivity, and communication skills. What You’ll Do:Lead data management strategies, aligned with the most current technologies and create solutions within the Corteva infrastructures.Form partnerships with cross-functional sequencing and genotyping lab teams for identification of solutions and improvements to support metrics and data quality.Use creative approaches to solve complex problems, with an innovative mindset, and ability to adapt to change.Function as key contributor to global lab teams, building impactful data visualizations and reporting tools to support research and development pipelines.Ability to work with relational databases and query internal data for reporting purposes.Communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to help others.
