AgXplore is hiring a Sales Agronomist to grow their specialty crops market across Western and Northern Michigan. This independent, field-based role is ideal for a motivated professional with fruit, vegetable, or tree crop experience, strong agronomy knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers, crop consultants, and growers while developing a new territory.

What You’ll Do
- Grow sales in your assigned Northern Michigan territory, focusing on fruit, vegetable, and tree crops
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, crop consultants, and growers
- Provide technical expertise, agronomic guidance, and in-field demonstrations on AgXplore products
- Develop and execute an annual business plan to achieve sales goals
- Manage personal inventory and participate in company meetings and product training
What You Bring
- B.S. in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong agronomy knowledge and business development skills
- Excellent selling, communication, and time management abilities
- Comfortable delivering presentations and technical guidance to clients
- Ability to work independently in a remote territory while staying aligned with the internal team
