Your
missions :
- Analyze markets and competitors to adjust sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Support farmers with sanitary protocols and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Drive demand generation through fieldwork, CRM practices, and coordination with distributors.
- Manage budgets for expenses and investments of the Sell-Out Field Promoter team.
- Promote Ceva’s product portfolio and negotiate product usage with farmers to improve farm performance.
- Monitor performance data and quotas, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and providing feedback at country level.
- Coach and develop Sell-Out Field Promoters to enhance skills and retain talent.
Your
profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales or technical support experience in Swine industry in animal health or livestock business
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Proficiency in sales planning, negotiation, and account management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting daily/weekly/monthly objectives
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and veterinary practices
- Fluency in English and local language(s) depending on region
