Algester Vet Clinic is a well-established, much-loved local clinic that has been caring for pets and their families for over 25 years.
We’re located on a convenient strip of shops with easy parking, nearby cafés and services, and a strong sense of community that shows up in our loyal, caring clients.
We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the calm, friendly first point of contact for our clients and their pets.

About the Role
As a receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each client’s experience, from their first phone call to the moment they leave the clinic.
Your day may include:
- Welcoming clients and pets with warmth and reassurance
- Booking appointments and managing the front desk
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and managing records
- Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Medical or veterinary reception experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
If you bring the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn, we’ll train you on the job.
