We are hiring a
Location Manager to manage the
Martinsburg, MO location.
Responsibilities: This person will manage the Agri-Service location. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities and customer relations. The manager must understand the complete workings of the business to secure maximum operational effectiveness at the location and achieve operational goals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
Location Management (35%)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure all employees are hired, paid and evaluated according to company policy
- Responsible for training and development of employees
- Ensure activities, actions and attitudes of the location and its employees support company sales efforts and a performance-driven culture
Adherence to Budget (30%)
- Expense control-within budget
- Sales- meet budget expectations
- Margins- meet or exceed budget expectations
- Achieve planned profit for location
- Achieve planned grain volumes and margins
- Accounts receivable kept within allowable range
Positive Image (25%)
- Maintain a positive image at the location
- Ensure location is kept clean, both inside and out to present a professional appearance
- Ensure all employees adhere to dress code policy
- Ensure employees present a professional and helpful attitude to customers
- Participate in community involvement activities and be viewed as a strong supporter of local communities
Advisory Board (10%)
- Conduct at least 4 Advisory Board meetings per year and keep the board informed of location activity and changes

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience
- Class B CDL (helpful)
- Agricultural knowledge/experience in feed and livestock production, agronomy and grain handling/marketing, fertilizer, and chemical
- Mechanical ability (helpful)
- Forklift experience (helpful)
- Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
