We take chaotic lead gen, random follow-up, and spreadsheet “CRMs”… and turn them into clean, automated, money-printing machines using GoHighLevel.

What we’re looking for
A virtual GHL Developer / Automation Engineer who:
- Data Driven & Efficiency Obsessed
- Lives inside GoHighLevel and understands it deeply.
- Can take a messy real estate wholesaling process and turn it into a clean pipeline, with correct triggers, tags, automations, and reporting.
- Comfortable working mostly in US time zones, and wants a long-term home where performance is rewarded heavily.
- Zaiper/Make automations ninja
You won’t just “do tasks.” You will own the CRM side of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain Dealflow snapshots and sub-accounts for real estate wholesalers.
- Configure workflows, triggers, funnels, forms, calendars, and pipelines inside GHL.
- Integrate GHL with tools like Zapier/Make, Google Sheets, Slack, call/SMS providers, and ad platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs fast, including failed automations, broken webhooks, and misfiring triggers.
- Document systems with clear SOPs, diagrams, and loom videos.
- Support onboarding: cloning, customizing, QA’ing new accounts against our standard.
- Monitor core CRM metrics (speed-to-lead, task creation, stage movement) and propose improvements.
- Build and Maintain the GHL Agency. Streamline new subaccount onboarding and launches
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, pipelines, automations, funnels).
- Solid understanding of automation logic, if/then conditions, tags, and segmentation.
- Expert with Zapier/Make and basic webhooks / API usage.
- Strong written English and clear async communication.
- Detail-obsessed and systems-minded.
- Bonus: experience with real estate / wholesaling CRMs.
Salary & growth opportunities
GHL Developers at Dealflow up to $15/hr USD
You’ll be graded on:
- Time-to-launch for new client sub-accounts.
- System reliability (bug rate, failed automations, hotfix speed).
- Internal ticket resolution time and clarity of documentation.
- Client retention and feedback tied to CRM performance.
Growth opportunities:
- Lead Developer for Dealflow, owning architecture and standards.
- Building and managing a small implementation team as we scale.
- Performance-based raises as you prove you can handle more complexity and volume.
