We're looking for a dedicated
Poultry Worker to join our Agriculture team at our breeder laying site in Hereford. If you're motivated, reliable, and eager to develop a career in farming, this could be the perfect role for you!
What We Offer

Working Hours
- 39 hours per week (5 days)
- Monday - Thursday: 08:00-16:00
- Friday: 08:00-15:00
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
- Caring for bird welfare, including feeding and monitoring flock wellbeing
- Working in poultry houses: walking sheds, laying shavings, handling chickens
- Collecting, screening, and packing eggs, including paperwork completion
- General farm duties (e.g. ground maintenance, equipment use)
What We're Looking For
- Motivated, flexible, and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Manual handling training (desirable)
- Experience in agriculture or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Poultry welfare certificate / NVQ Level 2 in Livestock Production (desirable - training provided if needed)
