Corteva has an exciting opportunity for Europe Seed Quality Supply LeadLearn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.You Will Be Part of Growing Team Position PurposeThe Europe Quality Supply Lead is responsible for ensuring that Corteva’s European seed supply chain delivers high-quality products through robust quality systems, efficient allocation strategies, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting Corteva’s strategic growth in the European seed market.Key Responsibilities1. Quality Strategy & Systems LeadershipDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across European Seed Operations.Ensure alignment with global standards and certifications (ISTA, ETS, ISO).Promote a culture of compliance, customer focus, and operational excellence.2. Product Characterization & Usage DecisionsDetermine product usage based on quality results and batch performance.Lead decision-making on marginal batches and manage recall processes.Monitor customer feedback and drive corrective actions.3. Supply Allocation & Inventory OptimizationDevelop and execute allocation strategies balancing supply risk and commercial priorities.Enable Area-to-Area supply swaps and optimize constrained product availability.Ensure accurate and timely communication of supply changes to stakeholders.4. Medium-Term Planning & Segmented Production InputConsolidate demand signals to support packaging, treating, and segmented production.Provide direction on blends, experimental lots, and new seed treatments.Align supply flexibility with cost-efficiency and operational feasibility.5. Compliance & Certification ManagementOversee audits and ensure compliance with European regulations and standards.Maintain documentation and liaise with regulatory bodies on seed law and phytosanitary standards.6. Team Leadership & Capability DevelopmentLead and develop a high-performing European quality team.Drive talent development, performance management, and innovation culture.Promote cross-crop best practices and shared reporting tools.What You’ll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Seed Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.Proven experience in the seed industry — ideally in seed production, quality, testing, or supply chain functions.10–15 years of experience in the agriculture or chemical industry, with at least 5 years in seed quality leadership roles.Strong understanding of seed physiology, testing methodologies, and quality systems in R&D, Production, or Commercial applications.Experience managing multiple laboratories or quality sites within a regional or global organization.Preferred SkillsStrong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.Expertise in quality metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Deep understanding of seed physiology, testing methodologies, and European regulatory frameworks.To know more about Corteva please watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bs3CpU29-1M
