Job Description: Our client is seeking a New Graduate Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join a supportive rural practice offering hands-on exposure across farm and companion animal medicine. This role provides an excellent foundation for building confidence and practical skills within a true mixed-practice environment.
The position offers structured support while allowing gradual independence, with exposure to beef, sheep, equine, dogs, and cats. Strong mentorship is available, and learning is embedded into day-to-day clinical work, including on-farm visits and in-clinic consultations.
Qualifications Needed:
- Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Australia
- Interest in mixed animal and rural veterinary practice
- Willingness to learn across farm and companion animal work
- Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Openness to participating in after-hours work with support
