Severn Edge Farm are expanding, and we are looking for a new Farm Administrator to be based at our soon-to-be-open Ludlow site.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week

About the role:
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
- Registering new farm clients
- Dispensing medications as prescribed by onsite vets
- Taking payments
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must; experience in a veterinary setting is a bonus!
- Resilience and the ability to handle emotional situations with grace
- Strong communication skills paired with genuine empathy
- Outstanding customer service skills and experience with the public
- Positive attitude and superior teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to be organised, decisive and liaise between vets, clients & colleagues
