The Maintenance Lead is responsible for monitoring equipment, overseeing repair tasks, and performing\r\npreventive maintenance to ensure ongoing Hatchery performance.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n\r\n- Building/Mechanical repairs & maintenance consistent with OSHA standards\r\n- Perform general & preventative maintenance of electrical systems\r\n- Repair small machinery, and assist with repairs of equipment\r\n- Maintain heating and plumbing systems\r\n- Inspect alarm systems and schedule needed repairs\r\n- Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems\r\n- Liaison with third party service providers as required\r\n- Supervise and direct the daily activities of maintenance personnel\r\n- Reassign resources to respond to changing priorities\r\n- Additional duties assigned by management\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
