This role is designed for a senior, strategic sales professional who can influence outcomes at scale while remaining grounded in execution.
This is a high-trust, high-impact position focused on expanding AgXplore’s presence with major accounts, supporting field sales teams, and aligning growth initiatives with company strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic market expansion by identifying and developing high-impact growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Support Sales Agronomists by advancing complex opportunities and strengthening customer partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted link between customers and internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Elevate AgXplore’s brand presence through professional representation, education, and consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment on strategic direction.
- Design customized, value-driven solutions based on deep customer and market understanding.
What You Bring
- Experience in strategic sales, business development, or key account leadership.
- Proven success driving growth in complex, relationship-based environments.
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Practical understanding of agronomy and agricultural business models.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
