Job Description
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager (CMM) to develop and implement high-impact marketing programs and campaigns tailored to specific channels that promote our products and services. You will create data-driven marketing plans, stay ahead of digital and social trends, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns with the marketing team and department heads. A key part of the role is leading and empowering local marketing coordinators to support administration, compliance, and process excellence across our markets.
- Plan and execute channel-specific campaigns
- Provide marketing guidance and advice in terms of research and advertising ROI
- Research advertising trends and be up to date about digital and social media, communication, and competition.
- Develop projects to create content with the support of other marketing functions and Content Manager
- Contributes to annual/ad-hoc agency agreements to maximize the effectiveness of our communications
- Evaluate previous campaigns in order to improve for the future and report the effectiveness of campaigns
- Develop and retain the best talents in the marketing team
- People management and support (deliver results through his/her people)
- Guardian of our brand properties and guidelines
- Support creation of our brand strategies and plans
- Manage budget and ROI of our campaigns
- Support the local marketing administrators supporting cross-departmental teams in our different markets
- Ensure internal processes are followed in terms of planning and administrating campaigns/activities
- Understands the regulatory environment in which our Company Animal Health operates and assists in the application of relevant compliance procedures and training for the business
- Collaborates closely with different stakeholders, both internal (e.g. Business Unit Directors, Global Communication, …) and external (e.g. communication agencies, journalists, KOL, influencers…)
- Ensures that all activities are in line with compliance and our Company’s code of conduct.
- Education: University degree required – ideally Marketing, Communication / Digital Communication
Skills Required:
- Minimum 8 years’ communication/marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Excellent level of English language
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Up to date knowledge about different communication channels – digitally savvy.
- Passionate about media, following all the latest trends and developments.
- Organizational skills – handle multiple teams and projects, prioritize and focus
- Analytical skills – data, trends, requires strong analytical and computer abilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
- Stress resistant, delivering within agreed deadlines
- Ability to influence and manage projects in a matrix organization and across the different business, cultural and regulatory environments.
